Yes please. My cheat days were on any day that ends in "y." J/K. But not really, before that is how i approached nutrition. Cheat days are a good thing, i rather call it a refuel day. At the end of the week, you have something that you can strive for, so that salad or what have you, that you are eating everyday at lunch…

Glad you are ok, that is a great story, But what is more important is that you took something good out of that horrific experience. Rather than terrifying you, you used it to strength yourself. That is awesome.:smile:

Idle time is a killer for me as well. That is why i try to keep myself busy with household chores, cooking my meals for the next day, or go out and take a walk with a bottle of water. I will try to keep this in mind the next time i mindlessly dip my hand in to the cookie jar. Thank you for the reminder.

Back to basics. Lift the 3 big lifts at first: Bench, Squat, and Deadlifts. Then add supplemental lifts after you get the hang of those three.

I like to have a little something, like a protein shake or a protein bar, then go workout, it provides the nutrients your body needs after a long absence of food. So if you can get a protein shake and half a banana would be ideal. Hope this helps

You can go that route with the natural sweeteners (aguave) but if you dont want to add calories, and i dont know if your oppose to artificial sweeteners, adding Truvia (2 packets) will make it a tasty low cal dessert,
