My lifetime of Progress (A lot of pics!!!)
Well this has been an adventure to say the least. I have been on both sides of the fitness realm and all categories in-between;chubby, fat, fatter, skinny-fat, skinny, then to fit. And I can tell you that my travels have lead me to the conclusion that fitness and health is something that should be shared to help benefit…

Liquid Egg whites. Cooked or Uncooked?
99% of me believes that drinking liquid egg whites has the same nutritional value as cooking them; however, my friend told me said that a bodybuilder friend of his said that cooking the egg whites "releases" something and is better. Only thoughts is that it is easier digested through the cooked method, and absorbed better…

From a Dreamer to a Do'er!
I have been motivated enough by my friends on MFP to put up my story and show how hard work and dedication pays of. There is no magic pill (though you name it i have probably tried it(no steroids)) or new-aged workout program that will get to where you want to go without the time and dedication that you need to go through.…

My Ode to her.
I was just feeling a bit creative (or maybe it was the lack of oxygen), but I came up with this. Hope you all like it: My ode to her.... She lives. She breaths. She is an entity onto herself. She never lies. She calls me on my ****. She breaks me down; but I keep coming back. She gives me strength when I am weak. She…

You are worth more!
This is a story i shared with my friends earlier this week, now i would like to share this with all of you. This is not my story, merely sharing and passing it on so that this message can be spread: Cool story and message: A well-known speaker started off his seminar holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked,…

My Tip!!!
Here are some of the tricks that i use: I ask myself these questions: "Am i hungry or bored?" If you answered hungry then ask: "When was the last time i ate?" if it was more than 2 hours then eat your next meal consuming only half of it. If you answered bored," go and do something active, go for a walk, do push ups, brush…

Best Cheat Day ever!
What was your best cheat meal you have ever done? The best cheat meal i have ever done was 2 months ago (probably the worst one to this day) was I once ate a whole Large Hawaiian Style Pizza, 2 Bluemoon Beers, and 3 large chocolate chip cookies. It felt great at the time, but not so much a few hours later.

Who was your Friend on MFP?
Who was your FIRST friend on MFP? If you dont remember, just go to your friends list then hit the last number on the bottom and they would be the last person on the screen. Inacay was my first friend on here. So i just sent her a message just to check in and see how she was doing. Who was your first?

Perfection...Busted!
The imagine of "perfection" to me, is the end of the journey that all of us are on. Once we have reached that point of our "perfection" then what? The end of the journey, and its barren land of nothingness. I love the journey and don't want it to ever end. So my friends, don't be perfect, strive for perfection knowing that…

Life is like a.....marathon.
As I was on my long run today (finished 6.58 miles in 1 hour and 3 minutes, (training on for my half marathon)), it reminded me how this journey of weight loss and personal reflection is like a long run. At some points of the journey you want to quit because it seems so hard at times, and today I wanted to quit several…

PATIENCE. A little goes a long ways...
Let's be realistic here. You won't drop two jean sizes in one day. You won't lose fifty pounds in one month. You're going to binge every now and then. You will go a day or two without working out. Your weight is going to fluctuate here and there. You're going to try new techniques, and they're not going to work. You're a…

Married or not you should read this...
NOT MY STORY BUT A GOOD READ: “When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I’ve got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly.
