I actually really enjoy it. Knowing that i have food ready to go is HUGE when it comes to curbing cravings. I take one day out of the week, usually my only rest day from the gym, and prep my meals for the week. I use steam bags a lot, for my fish, makes it really fresh when i eat them. Your "macros" are set for weight loss. Eat your prescribed macros, and do not worry about the calories burned. You might see some members that log "1" minute of a workout, but they do that just to log in their workout and do not account for calories burned during the workout, if that helps you.

I only use this type when cutting for a show, 2 weeks out prior to my comp date. Great way to really get shredded. usually go for 10% carbs and 60% fat 30% protein. Great diuretic effect as well.
