You don't have to always shampoo your hair when it gets wet. If you take a shower and your hair gets wet then just light condition it. When I first started mfp I weighed 140lbs. Now I'm at 121. :happy: My goal is to get to 115lbs. I'm 5'2". And I was at 115 in late teens and I liked how my body looked!!!! Freakin amazing!!! So I want to be that again! Hehehe :laugh: So I'm friending you right now. Lets loose those last pounds we need to!!!

1) SPIDERS!!!!!!!! OMG i feel like my fear grows as i am getting older :sad: 2) any bugs!!!! 3) needles -can't even get a shot at the dentist without shedding a tear! 4) speeches(talking to a large group) --makes me sooooo nervous! 5) drowning or being sufacated(not sure if i spelt that right : ) ) to death!

Mine is 140lbs that was my highest weight ever and that is when i said i need to do something!!! my highest weight was around christmas time so i could tell in all the family photos that is when it really hit me and i changed things around. never ever will i ever reach that again!!!!!!!!!

just each the cupcake!!:tongue: i try to eat healthy but i do not deprive myself of things i like. i allow myself one sweet thing throughout the day..so then that curbs my sweet tooth and i dont binge....if it fits in your cal. intake why not....go take a walk after and burn it off : ))))))))))))))))

No tattoos...but would love to have one...just very scared of needles! :frown: been with friends to get them and just the sounds of them doing the tatto almost made me pass out! but maybe one day i'll have enough curage and do it...hahaha...one day :tongue:

Honestley i am not the most "clean eating" person. i like to eat healthy foods and exersise. i don't withhold the things i like to eat. say something sweet. i find room to fit it into my daily calories. that way i'm not craving craving craving and then crack and totally ruin my day. i like to plan ahead so i no i have room…
