People who don't think muscle weighs more than fat. It does in fact weigh more. If you take 1 cc of muscle and 1 cc of fat the muscle will weigh more thus per volume muscle does weigh more. If you do not realize this is what people mean then you are the one who doesnt get it.

300mg is recommended daily allowance. It's just a guide as dietary cholesterol affects us in different ways. If you have familial high cholesterol then that may even be high. My family has no such problems so I eat whatever I want in that regard.

is 1200-1500 your net calories or total calories? Ie do you plan on eating back your exercises? If you plan on doing all of that exercise on 1200-1500 total callories I would strongly recomend against that, if 1200-1500 net calories ie eat 2100 burn 600 net calories 1500 then that might be a reasonable, but still low number

I just log whatever the comparable thing is from a chain restaurant and estimate that almost every local restaurant will be cooked better for me with better ingrediants than the chain so if anything I overestimate and under eat

Protein shake if you cant eat it drink it...plus you have way too few g of protein...make a smoothie in morning real east to take with you and starts the day off with 400+ calories plus eggs for morning snack and you're already halfway there

this sums it up...if you can manage portion control you can eat pretty much anything (food allergies asside) while still at a calorie deficate. Also isnt the Broccomoli just called broccoli dip?

I did not say I could not do a pull up. I cannot do more than 5 in any given set. Maybe I was not clear enough in my description. "strength" is not necessarily my main goal. Main goal is to drop 10% in body fat and 20 lbs. I realize increased strenght will help me to achieve goals but I am not looking to become a power lifter just a sexy beast

Thats the thing, the calories MFP estimates are the total calories burned during the time period, not the excess done by the activity. So if running burns 300 extra calories and your bmr is 200 that would indicate 500 calories burned during that time period. That being said i find that MFP is about 10% over what various…
