How low do you go?
How low do you go when you squat? I just started going down beyong parallel (ATG) and I am so sore today. I have been squating 3x per week for about a month now but the last 2 times I've been going lower than before. Is the extra soreness to be expected?

Let me start by giving you some background information. My macros are 35/35/30 Carb/Protein/Fat. I almost always hit my macros or am within 5-10%. Rest Day
Due to Presidents day I was not able to do my lifts on Monday. I went yesterday but I want to make sure I get my 3 days in this week and weekends are no good. If I go again today am I not giving myself enough rest?? Would you only do 2 days in the week or 3 with no rest between day 1 and 2?
