Hey I just started on Monday, I am not a "strong" guy but starting off feels so easy. I am sure I will be kicking myself in a few weeks but when did you start havig trouble and what are some tips for a newb

The best tip you'll get is not to sacrifice form for reps. If you can't get a rep with good form, follow the repeat/deload protocols. If you cheat on form, you really shouldn't count the rep anyway. The risk for injury far outweighs any negligible gain you might get from completing a sloppy rep.0

Starting off is supposed to feel easy. Don't try to rush it. You need this time to work on your form. You will be much better off later on. It really didnt get that hard for me till week 8 but i did notice a difference before then. I am now in week 11 and its kicking my *kitten*. Make sure youre doing your reps properly itll help you complete more later down the road and help you not get hurt.
Every one is different as to when they feel like its working for them but just be patient you will get there i promise.0
