If it's chocolate, I crave it - white, milk, dark, with nuts, without nuts....you get the idea:) With the help of MFP I now have a method. I reserve the number of caloriesI need for my day's chocolate. Or I do a few extra minutes of any cardio I'm doing that day and save those calories for my chocolate. Chocolate lovers…

Butjuli, I'm Max. Reading your post was like looking into a mirror! I have the need for someone to connect with, who understands the struggle to keep on the fitness track. Some days I eat and exercise well, others I'm just all over the place! I hope we can motivate each other.
