  • I think as long as you get all of your workouts in that's ok? I mean I worked out today (spinning/TRX class) and my body is done... so I'm thinking I'll do both Sculpt and Sweat tomorrow together to make up for today's.
  • If you are going to drink with friends try vodka with cranberry juice or club soda/sparkling water and a squirt of lemon juice! Way less calories

  • Currently doing the P90 workout program so Mon- Sat around 40 minutes of Cardio or Sculpting (alternating days). Plus Spinning class at least twice a week, and swimming twice a week.

  • You can try using a medicine ball if you haven't already, I have a 12 lbs one and there are a million exercises (you can find online) to do with it.   • Awesome! Work with whatever weights you are comfortable with/able to get a workout with for now and you will get stronger and be able to increase how many reps you do/the weight as you go. I'm on day 6 and feeling really good. Looking forward to following your journey as well! Good luck!

The P90X is more expensive (around $140 I think) but it is a more advanced/intense workout program, I would start with P90 if you don't workout…

  • I just started it, on day 3! Drink lots of water through out the day, take a multivitamin if possible, and have a protein shake after your workouts (since you workout everyday). Go at your own pace, listen to your body! You'll get stronger & have better endurance as you go! Don't give up!
  • I created it because I just started the P90 (same as you, I'm on day 3) but this group is for all of them. I plan to do the P90X once I complete the P90 :)

  • Peanut butter on apples. Hard boiled eggs. A shake (I have it on early mornings) with frozen berries, a banana, protein powder. You can throw spinach in it & can't even taste it. I use the bullet but any blender is fine. Great for those who can't/don't like to eat first thing in the morning!
