The wii fit plus is good for putting together a strength training/ yoga workout. You can compile as many exercises as you like (pushups, jackknifes, lunges) and its a great way to plan it out ahead of time. Usually I put together a 45 minute list of the different exercises! It's not great for cardio though.

Work was also my biggest downfall I would snack all day and spend 15-20 dollars on lunches because there are many great cafes in the area. I found the easiest thing was to just make an extra piece of fish, chicken , or whatever I was having for dinner and bring it to work the next day for lunch. Takes the thinking out of…

On my cheat days I eat BREAD! I am sticking to a mostly paleo diet so I dont eat any bread or processed stuff as much as I can help it. This weekend I went out for dinner with the bf and got an arugula and goatcheese flat bread. DIVINE!

I wear a regular bra, then a sports bra and then a tight top. I am a 32 H works fine for me though for cardio I don't run

I've recently changed my schedule to get off early 3 days a week so I can go to the gym after work. I've gained 20 pounds since starting this job a year and a half ago and it really sucks!!! I was working 10 hours a day 5 days a week and eating awful. The biggest thing is making lunches, that has helped me so much!

I've never had an eating disorder, but I am mid 20's and very out of shape compared to how i used to be! I got a desk job and then a promotion and work 10 hours a day.
