When I eat more calories I feel/look thinner?
MFP has my goal at 1200 calories, I usually eat between 1200 and 1450. The strange thing is, when i eat closer to 1450, the next day I feel and look thinner. Why is that?

What time of day should you take your measurements?
In the morning when you first wake up, or in the evening after you've eaten all day etc? In the morning my waist is a good 2 inches smaller then in the evening! AH
