What time of day should you take your measurements?

In the morning when you first wake up, or in the evening after you've eaten all day etc?
In the morning my waist is a good 2 inches smaller then in the evening!

I don't think it really matters as long as you're consistent at when you do it. Also, you probably shouldn't measure yourself that often. For me, it takes my body longer to see a measurement change than a weight change. I suggest every couple of weeks or so.0
