Try some strength training on top of the cardio, or switching up the type of cardio you're doing. That helped me jump start when I hit my last road block. I also fast one day a week where I only eat no more than half of my base calories.

I am motivated to lose weight for the same reason, to be as healthy as I can be for my future children. Dog mom currently but wanting to get fit for when we start trying. Anyone on here, feel free to add me!

Sometimes hot water with lemon helps with the chill, or simply having it at room temp. Regular water can be boring after a while, so I switch it up by drinking sparkling water like H2OH.
