Hi! I just joined too hoping for some support. I work from home so sometimes I eat too much and sit around too much. In the evenings wine usually adds up to empty calories. I am focusing on yoga and walking right now for fitness but probably need to go bigger!

Hello! I just had a baby in April so I am hoping to get to my prepregnancy weight. I have 10 more pounds to lose (I gained about 37 in pregnancy). I just completed Level 1! I am scared to see how sore I am tomorrow!
