I onllllly ever drink coors light. It is 102 calories which i can jusitfy once in awhile. But even knowing that I have to log it makes me step back and think twice at least half of the time. Good luck! Alcohol can be hard to cut

I saw a picture on pinterest once that I found interesting... It was a picture of McDonalds or something at McDonalds and said Thanks McDonalds for making our kids fat. I run either in vibrams or nike free runs, both a barefoot running style shoe, and both are incredible. My legs feel stronger and I really love them both.

no you must eat the 300 cals back to meet your goal of 1200 calories. Think 1200 calories minus 300 is only equal to 900 (your body uses more than those 900 for fuel), therefore you need to eat back those 300... so 900+300(the exercise calories) = 1200. So for me, my calorie goal is 1560... (which is a 500 cal deficit from my TDEE) and i exercise that day burning 300 cals.
