Hey all - April 2016 bride here with 5 kilos that need to go! What are people doing in the form of exercise in conjunction with MFP? ** I have a bridal profile pic to keep me motivated! Not me! :)

Its easy to do. Back to basics is the way. I have been walking ( have to walk the dog as she is trying to lose weight too :) ) and have been mixing up the exercise with various Jillian Michaels dvds and Nike Training Club (app on iphone) Tonight I started Insanity. You need to challenge yourself other wise you will get bored and lose interest :)

I think at the beginning it can be obessive, and people dont seem to understand and think you are taking the 'diet' thing a bit too far. I say keep tracking and screw him!! :)

Given strawberries are on special try this - cottage cheese with strawberries.........sounds gross but is actually really nice and fills you up!

I am doing nearly every day and getting most upset with the scales. Shall limit to once a week I think.

I find carrot and celery sticks are good to chew on during the day. I cut a whole heap up and they last a couple of days. Also I buy packets of nuts and berries from Woolies. Strawberries are on special there at the moment :) If I am hungry during the day I try and just have a cup of green tea.
