  • Ladies!!!!! I have fallen off the wagon big time since being married - I have taken it as an excuse to eat and drink whatever I want!!! I also have had 8 weeks off due to a broken hand :( So I was feeling sad and sorry for myself. But back in the game , and tracking my food and trying to add exercise back in but a bit hard…
  • I put on 5 kilos over the honeymoon. ..have 2.5 kilos to lose to get back to the lowest point I was at before the wedding.... I will get there. ..just going to give myself some time. The last few months have been exhausting so embracing the rest!
  • I have struggled since being back to reality post wedding. Have not hit the gym once since being back and my eating is pretty relaxed...

  • Oh Sarah - thoughts are with you - hope your fiancé has a speedy recovery - that would be very traumatic. I agree with the others, speak to family members and see how things go. Keep us updated xx

  • Yoga, pilates is good. Billy Blanks is good. Insanity program is tough but gets good results. Never under estimate the power of walking either.
  • @brisingr86 - Fitting was good! My dress is now in the process of being adjusted for me so I now need to maintain. I have to laugh - the dressmaker said she was impressed at how I had gone from my 1st fitting to now. I took her advice and dropped the weights for a month and clearly has changed my body - she said that they…

  • Floating organza like on the left of the picture would be amazing, and battery operated fairy lights. The lanterns across the room look great, especially if you are dimming the lights, you could have battery operated lights in them. My venue has a stunning view and we are just having coloured lights up certain aspects of…

  • I have gone down the path of paying for the girls dresses, hair, makeup, jewellery and some other gifts on the days - a robe & clutch to use. I was going to cover the shoes as well, but there was some issues with the ones we bought them as a bridesmaid didn't like them, so they were on their own after that.
  • My advice go by yourself the 1st time, try on dresses you like and don't like and get a feel before you take others along. A dress you like in a picture, will look completely different on and you may find you choose something you never expected to. Also - order the size they suggest. Dont put losing weight to fit into a…
  • I have started sending some msgs out to give people a friendly nudge a week out

  • @brisingr86 - I have until the end of the month to lose more weight, but just want to keep in the zone and lose the last bit of fat now - not build muscle or the likes - my major dress fitting is 31st March. :) :) @CostaRica120 - I find walking good for the soul. Plug in some earplugs and music and tune out to the world!!…
