Gorgeous dresses here ladies!! Mine is a poof and lace dress ☺ I will post after the wedding. Was not what I was expecting at all. @samlovesthesnow I have gone for purple shoes to match the bridesmaids. Gorgeous pop of colour from under the dress ☺

@brisingr86 - Thanks - I think the squats were what killed me - so will give the squats a rest for awhile :) It is the last working day of the week today - so happy! Looking forward to the weekend - going to do some sessions at the gym and try and distress. The wedding is starting to get to me.

@brisingr86 I think you are probably right. I have been in pain since Tuesday, so water retention is probably right. Only today have I managed to walk down stairs and get up from my chair with ease!! I haven't done any exercise since as been in agony. I get hungry when I exercise....maybe have protein snacks handy...like…

Soooooo sore from the squats at the gym yesterday!!!!! Had a day off from working out - probably not the best idea given we had our wedding menu food tasting today!!!! :)

March is definately all about being motivated! 2 months before the wedding and my 2nd fit is at the end of the month. I am going to stay motivated to kick butt with diet and also the aim of the month os to move everyday! Either at the gym.or by taking the dog for a walk....jist jave to move! My weigh in days are Wednesday ☺

Hey all - I know Feb is nearly over but joining in......I need to crank my stuff up - dress came in and I had my 1st fitting - a bit snug and the zip cant get all the way up :( SW: 74.3 kgs (Feb 1) W1 74.7 kgs (Feb 8) W2 73.5 kgs (Feb 15) CW: 71.7 kgs (Feb 26) Need a killer March and help staying motivated!!!

Hey all - I'm Rach and getting married in April 2016. On the home stretch with 2-3 kilos to lose - hopefully more but we will see. SW was 78 and I am now 73. Waiting for my dress to arrive - which should be any day now :) :)

2016 girl here also - end of April. I ordered my dress a size down as was in the process of losing weight. Have 6 pounds to go till I am happy - anything else is a bonus!

I find I get more weight loss success, with weights, calorie deficit and a small amount of cardio. Goodluck :)

Congrats on your upcoming wedding. When is the wedding, and how much do you need to lose? I ordered a size down in my dress - as was in the process of losing weight , however I wish I didn't. So much stress and pressure to get down the size and you have to be 100% dedicated.

I weigh most days and record in Libra , but my official MFP weigh in , is once a week.

Thanks @KrissyMuree - I need to get out of the mindset of the kilos and go by the tape measure! Given I am doing a lot of weights fat is turning into muscle so of course the scale is heavier.

Yep me!!! Have 5 kilos to lose - ordered a dress a size smaller, so the pressure is on. Have to admit I am sick of salad and weighing all my food out!

I have hypo - I think in the beginning you are so tired and lack the energy you naturally turn to food. I have found since being on the pills , I don't crave food as much. I also find that sticking to 3 meals a day is helpful for stopping hunger pains :)

I am also doing C25K, hot yoga, weights and various classes at the gym. Have been trying to mix it up. I have lost 2.5 kilos in around 8 weeks so far. ☺
