ihave had this machine for some months now. Ive almost given up becasuse i can't seem to stay on longer than 5 minutes. Any ideas

I grab an orange when that happens to me. During the night when I am "flashing", i will grab a freeze pop...only 20 calories

I purchase them when they are on sale for 5 for 10. i only eat when I am running late in preparing my lunch. I also add a side salad to fill me up. I try to drink at least a gallon of water on the days I eat one.

This is so interesting. i weigh 204. i am 5'3 3/4 and wear a size 14. The size 16 pants are falling off.

I love Crystal Light Pure. I drink at least two bottles with it in daily. It doesn 't increase my desire for carbs nor sugar.

I had little time today to prepare my lunch. I had a LC shrimp scampi and a small salad. The LC was only 250 cals. I buy them for emergecies only.

I am allergic to what I deem everything: Any fruit with a seed except grapes, potatoes, tomatoes, tree nuts Fortunately, i am able to eat veggies. You can make stir fry. It's both halthy and filling

i just started using leslie. A little slow but having problems with my knee. She is steady which allows me to do the 5 miles with little problems. i just ride my bike for an additional 15 minutes.

I tried that about two weeks ago. I was so sluggish that i could barely stay woke during work hours. i returned back to 1200 and have regained my energy.I was very difficult to remain at 1,000 regarding intake. That 200 calories made a difference.

I don't have a problem with children. My daughter is 22 yrs old. Yet, as soon as I get home i must prepare to workout in the base ment. . i have recently ben doing some 10 min workouts from you tube. they are fun and short. I too am 5'4. I started eating healthier in january. Last weigh in I lost a total of 16lbs. Current weight is 207. My size 16 pants are baggy. I always pack my lunch: salad with turkey, chicken or shrimp home cooked vegetables with chicken or turkey or salmon stir fry with my favorites: brocolli, cabbage, snow pods, carrots, mushrooms...add chicken, turkey or shrimp soup and salad

I hear alot of the wonderful stories about this machine. I have one at home and try to use it at least 2-3 times a week. i must have my ipod on because i prsonally hate this machine. Yet, I will say that when doing it consistently, i recognize more lost. Tuesdays and Thursday is a must...So here we go Thursday!!!! lol

I struggled with this previously. I found that if I ate before my workout I would become lazy. So now, I prepareh my meals throuhghout the week, workoutout within the hour after arriving home, do a few chores around the house, shower and wind down. It works for me.

Count me in for sure. This has been a challenge. I am actually enjoying this new lifestyle. I plan my lunch daily.I will be 50 in Nov and my motto this year is "50 and fabulous".

I have not had to increase my intake because I eat better foods with less calories. Actually, after each meal I am full. I too share the same anxiety with the scale. I have only weighed myself twice since changing my style of eating. Maybe my expectations are too high and i want fast results.
