@slimgirljo15 - Thanks. She is starting to feel a bit better. She is drinking apple cider vinegar (acv) and it is helping whatever the issue is. That acv is a game changer for real. It helps with all sorts of stuff.

The high side for my bmi range was how I picked my goal weight. Noticed similar responses. I do not stress about it though but just try to be consistent with what I'm doing.

All you have to do is look up all the weightlifting workout that work the muscles you want to grow. For example: Squats Floor thrusts Lunges Deadlifts Leg Press There are others but those will be your staple. Like @FritzPhilemon said. It's all about the weights and getting stronger bigger muscles.

I use a stationary handbike in the gym. Not all gyms have these though and I am not sure how much they cause. It works though and the one I use has water resistance... It's Friday so I'm doing better today. Australia time it's almost Saturday actually so I am working the night shift. I will also be having choc peanut butter fat bombs for a treat. My calories will not be in deficit but I'll apply grace and mercy to my belly LOL.

Take your food scale with you LOL. Seriously thats the only way.... and that's if you know all the ingredients which is rare. I have lost over 58 kg so far by the grace and mercy of Almighty God in Christ Jesus. Thats about 128 pounds. I say over 58 kg because they scale wouldn't weigh me until I was under 150kg. Not sure how high over 150kg I was though... Trying to put on some muscle though and fill out that stretched skin LOL.

I'm a binge eater so if I have one treat, I'm generally eating ALL THE TREATS. If I have to have sweets, it has to be occasionally unless it's a fake sweet treat like a keto dessert with fake sugars or stevia. Know thyself....
