Something I do (if I acknowledge that i'm not actually hungry) is I chew gum or brush my teeth. Another trick (if you know that no matter what you want that food) is to put it on a small plate bc that tricks your body into thinking "hey im getting a full plate" or bribe myself. I just started the tea and I'm not sure exactly how much to have in each cup/ per day. What works for you guys? btw I live in a college sorority so we don't have measuring spoons, I kinda guess based on the eating regular spoon.

I have been losing weight for 6 weeks. Ok more accurately, I lost weight for 4 weeks putting me at 11 and the last 2 weeks the scale hasn't moved at all!
