It's a great workout and can feasibly be done by anybody of any size if you use the modifications when & where you need them. I started it 2/7/12 and have lost 8.2 pounds and 7.5 inches (granted, I also walk 2-5 miles every day and do weights/strength training 3 days a week). Yesterday, however, was my last day for a while…

How do you customize those goals? I went to setting and I guess I'm just not seeing it. I also see that some people have their diaries customized so that their snacks are split between morning, afternoon & after dinner. Anybody know how to do this, too?

I'm on Day 2 of Level 2...I say go for it! I was sore the first 2-3 days, but it gets easier & your body gets accustomes to it.
