I cut a slit into the side of a chicken breast, amking a little pocket, and I stuff some spinach and a laughing Cow wedge in there. Bake as usual, so totally yummy!

Huge fan of both the books & the movies right here! My best friend and I have the same birthday & last year we took the day off & had a marathon day at my place. We even served up theme foods, things fit for a hobbit feast, lembas, etc. Lots & LOTS of po-ta-toes :blushing:

Lift weights & build muscle (or 'tone' if you prefer the word) now, so that as the weight/fat melts away your lovely, toned muscles will be revealed. Why get to that point and THEN have to work on them when they could be helping you do the work along the way?
