I have had a bit of drama's with the cut healing. I know I work my butt of and try to eat really good but only see very small results on the scales. Gets so frustrating and watching other people loosing big amounts and they are doing the exact same thing really get to me. Thats where im an emotional eater and go off the rails

Hope all goes well with you and your wife. I hadnt heard of endometrial cancer until a few weeks ago my local PCOS support group has a couple of ladies that have had to have hysterectomys because of it, they thankfully had both had children.

Must have been a hard discission but your quality of life is important to. I understand the not wanting to pass it down the family line because Nana has PCOS mum hasnt been checked and my Aunty (Mums Sister) has it so the last thing I want is to have a girl and her go through it

I also take Tranexamic Acid for how heavy my TOM's are and have extremly bad back pain but I still find If I workout I always feel better but thats just me and I understand everyone is different. Its trial and error sometimes you just gotta give it a go and see how you feel.
