Hi because I have only been using mfp for 3 months and have pcos i was wondering what I should set my cals at I'm only 5 weeks pregnant and have a higher risk pregnancy due to the pcos. I'm not trying tell anyone atm as I'm really worried about miscarraige. If anyone has any ideas to help me?

High Protein
I seam to be going over my protein often. Is this such a bad thing or not? :happy: Been happy with my weight loss but wondering if it would be better if I dont go over in protein

hungry at 8pm
