I'm lost... My daily intake is 1200 (mfp calculated) in order to lose 1.6 lbs / week .... Now let's say I eat around 1500 & I burn 300 calories per day so that's 1800 calories that I would have to consume. Wouldn't I gain instead of losing every week? Hi everyone Thanks for all the imput. Maybe im not eating enough during the day or can allow a snack later at night cause I always seam to have 300-400 cals left over everyday. Im doing it based on 1200 cals per day and try to do a min of 400 cals exercise
