i am finding the 30day shred really difficult cause my muscles dont have time to recover,cause i must do it every day.I did have to stop a couple of times on day one but today day 3 i didnt stop at all. Really out of breath but im hanging in there!!!

I started at 96kilos to 100kg and from May 2011 i am eating better and working out. Currently i am 78 kg. The lowest reading i got from the scales was 76,4 but i seem to have lost a bit of my motivation and i have gained a bt. I am starting the 30day shred today or tommorow plus i am on week 4 on the c25k Here are my pics.…
