  • I am eating plain greek yogurt with strawberries and two tablespoons of chocolate syrup...I wish it was chocolate icecream with strawberries, but I'd have to walk 10 miles and I just don't have that kind of time!

  • I have tryed a few and the best one for me so far is Gen Soy (Soy Protein) Only 130 Cal for 14g of protein! If you want my smootie recipe let me know its pretty simple and tastes good!

  • I think breakfast is a great place to save calories! I was eating bagels, and sugar cereal for a while because they were fast on the go! Now I make a smootie!
