Maintain!
I am below my goal weight, but happy! Now what? How do I maintain this weigh and not lose more and my gain more??? Is their a setting for that on this website, can I do it on my own? Ideas?

I am a teacher and just went back to school this week. My classroom is outside the building (modular) so i walk a lot during the day. I have been averaging about 4 miles a day but I am not sure how to track it. It is throughout the day not over a one or two hour time. Any ideas?

Hey I have been doing the JIllian Yoga Melt Down video and I don't know how to count it! It only says 83 cals for 36 minutes of yoga (on this website), but this is not just plain old yoga this is kick for butt workout yoga. Any ideas?

Eating out!
My Mom asked me to pick up lunch! I was frozen in fear!!!! I didn't know how to pick teh right foods when ordering out! She wanted Apples Bees I said ok but looking at the online menu I just couldn't seem to find anything would not eat up half my days calories!! So now we are going to Panera and the choices were better!…

I am alway over in my Protein! I am nlt sure if this in a big deal or not! I am under in all other areas, but the protein powder in my smoothie is poping my number up too much! Any ideas?

Still have the winter pounds and its Aug
I put on a few pounds over the winter and now I can't seem to take them off! I am trying to think about what I eat and get moving! I hope this site can help me track my eating and inspire me to keep up with my new active lifestyle!
