That's so awesome...and you look gorgeous!

I'm 5'0". Here are my stats: SW: 143 CW: 127 GW: 118-120 I have a hourglass shape  and cannot image myself lighter than 118. In my opinion, one's ideal weight should be agreed upon between themselves and their physician. The ultimate goal should be set on what is healthy and not what is set by the media.

Turning 50 later this year...I enjoy being part of MFP. I've recommitted myself to a healthier lifestyle.

I tend to retain water during that time of the month. This week, I only lost 1lb., so I'm curious what my weight will be in a few days.

I mentioned to someone I wanted a tummy tuck. He told me my lower abs weren't bad  He told me to get the ab wheel...and guess what ?! Using that simple tool really works on me! I'm loving the way I'm toning up!

That's awesome! Congratulations!

That's why I'm asking...I've had 2 C-sections also!

First, I'll eat freshly baked bread smothered in butter! Then go on a mini shopping spree...mainly for a bikini :)

Hard to decide...tie between running and martial arts

I'm 5'0", 133 lbs. Don't have my measurements, but can wear clothes anywhere from size 6 to 10. I need to drop at least 10 more lbs.

I also agree about the running shoe...this was the biggest favor I have done for myself, getting fit for the best shoe for my running style. This made a big difference in my endurance.

I usually workout after work, so I have make up on. I'm like most people, I don't notice if someone is wearing makeup.

I started by alternating periods of walking and running, 5 minute walk then a minute run at a comfortable speed. Once I felt I was no longer challenged, I increased the running time and speed. Now I love running and get cranky if I don't run at least twice a week. Message me/friend me if you want encouragement.

Working in a bakery makes your goal challenging. Enjoy the sweets, in moderation by portion control. Maybe instead of a whole cookie, just eat half. I've been off refined sugars sine the first of the year, it was challenging the first few days, but now I'm over it. You can do this!

This is awesome! You look great.

Love this thread...increases my motivation more!

I sympathize...during the work week, I make the time to exercise for 20-30 minutes 2 or 3 days. On the weekends, I workout for longer periods. Just think, exercise is also a great stress reliever...this might help encourage you to carve out time for exercise in your busy schedule.

Congratulations on your success! I'm turning 50 this year and I want to feel the best I can. I understand about the motivation...it can be a challenge at times. I'll be sending you a friend request to help you find that winning spirit!
