Stavation mode is crap, my friend put on 5 stone when pregnant then after pregnancy lost the 5 stone my simply eating 500-800 calories a day....wouldnt advice this, as healthy and slow is the best way. I think when your calorie intake is low ya just losing your lean muscle more than fat.

I have them put you can't really see them that well, i reckon if i lost more weight i would have the full dimples. I only say this because my little 7 month son as them on is back and they stand out and my partner doesnt have them, so i guess he got them from me lol xxx

If your losing weight doing this diet, go for it if not you may be in plantea and your body will need more calories. I am on 1200 but should be on 1400-1500 calories

Thank you do they help yo lose weigh, i dont really want to be bulking up, just want a good source of protein for lean mucsles

I was 166 and now 146, 5.8, people always say this but i shrug it off, its about you feeling confident with your own body and if losing weight and toning up helps me feel confident then i am an happy girl :) x

I weigh myself everyday just before breakfast, helps me stay on track and feel motivated to work out. Your ment to weigh yourself when you have no food or liquids in your stomach because its your true weight.

Try 1000 for 3 days then try 1200 for 2 weeks, this way your body quick starts with the 1000 and when you go up on 1200 it should stop your body from going into starvation mode.
