on noodles i usually use spray butter then add seasonings like garlic or red pepper. I heard salsa is awesome sauce too on like chicken! I love spicy things so i love hot sauce on everything!

There is these noodles called Miracle Noodles. Ive tried them, and Ive tried to cook them all different ways. They were 0 calories but the texture was like eating worms to be honest.

Pizza is a favorite of mine too! I feel like I stun my friends when I eat bc I could literally eat an entire pizza by myself, which is prob. why I am on this site now haha! You can eat whatever you want as long as its in moderation! If you don't, you are only going to fall off the wagon and binge eat.
