Yes people look more toned, etc with weight training, but I think cardio is great, you look healthy and fit, it's better than sitting on the couch! Anything is better than nothing!! :) Keep it up whatever you're doing!

I am a twin! Haha, my mom got back in shape, she's an avid walker, takes the dog for a walk at least once a day if not twice and also does pilates about 2/week. I am 21 and she's always been really in to walking, I would put up a picture here if she let me lol. Good Luck and congrats on the twins!

I also have this problem! I am taking iron pills as per doctors orders. I suggest dark leafy greens like spinach taken with a glass of orange juice, it helps iron absorb. Raisins, dates, prunes, molasses, whole grain options have more iron than regular white flour products, beans, seeds, and of course shellfish/meat.…
