Took it last night...570
-
Last time I took it, 480
-
When I played comp soccer and varsity soccer, it was 45. It always annoyed nurses because I'd set off the alarms when in the hospital.
Now it's probably in the 50s, as when I go to the doctor and my b/p and heart rate are taken (usually just after walking from the waiting room) it's in the 60s.0 -

38! When we were learning to take vitals in class, my professor was amazed I was conscious lol0

50-60 usually. it's always been on the low side0

Resting heart rate was 46bpm last time I took it a couple of weeks ago and BP was normal at 114/79 (:0
-
Mine is mid 60's and always has been fairly low
Conversely though my blood pressure is pretty high, at worst about 195/150, but I'm on meds for it now and it varies between around 120/85 to 140/100 depending on time of day and frame of mind!0 -
Mine is around 55.0
-
62 down from 92+/-
BP 90/58 down from 200/164. My dr. was afraid to let me go home that day!0 -
About 78.0
-
I just went to the doctor and it was 54.0
-
Mine is in the mid 50s normally. That didn't happen until I got fit.0

I had no clue that resting heart rate and fitness had anything to do with one another. My resting heart rate has ALWAYS been mid to upper 90's, even when I was running track and really active. I just thought it was genetic, because most of my mom's family is like that too. It gets scary close to 200 during exercise sometimes. My blood pressure is always on the lower side of normal.0

55 now...74 two months ago when I started.0
-
72. It's gone down since I started lifting weights.0
-
Usually around 60-65 - sometimes as low as 51 (sitting passenger seat of car/ watching tv)
If you are not very fit, below 60 can be a sign of issues with the heart (bradycardia)
My HRM (Suunto) asks you to lie down for 3 mins with the HRM on and eyes closed to measure resting heartrate for personal settings.
When I have worked out I leave my HRM on to see how quickly my heart recovers0 -
48 first thing in the morning according to my HRM!0

You should have your thyroid checked. It may be overactive.
Normal resting heart rate should be between 50's and 70's.0 -
I'm curious based on old threads I've been reading through.
