What is your resting heart rate?

Typically, 55-60 bpm. BP: 105/60. I do cardio and weight training 3xs weekly and I am active on non-work out days usually bicycling, and moderately paced walking. I work part time but I don't have a sedentary job -- I'm in building and railroad construction and rehabilitation so I'm in motion-- climbing, walking, crawling.0

Last time I checked (about a week ago) 520
-
When I started it was 88-90, currently 65-680
-
At the moment, 60.0
-
50-550
-
It is on the low side - usually in the low 40's (42-44).0
-
Normally its a round 67- 700
-
My RHR is hmm between 90 and 120 usually.0
-
Currently, 72, which is quite low for me. Usually, between 95 and 100.0
-
good question, the last time i had it checked was pre knee-op when i was 36lb heavier, it was 65 then. might have to find out what it is now0
-
High 40's0
-
65-70 on a good day.0

at 350+ lbs and smoking? 120. No kidding. At 400 lbs non-smoking? About 110. At 238 lbs, with daily exercise? 60.
HALF.
In fact, I had surgery last week and the alarm kept going off because my heartrate kept dropping to 50 and my blood pressure, which has gone from 145/105 to 105/60 kept dropping to below 90/50.
It's amazing to me--they really do mean it when they say it's the percentage lost rather than the actual weight--I'm still obese, yet my vitals rock now.0 -
Just checked (so not resting)
125/68 and 56bpm
Use to be much scarier on a simialr spot check, maybe 140/80 and 80bpm0 -
110 but its stress related. When university is out for the semester a couple days and it drops to about 65.0
-
62
I'm aiming to get it below 60 with all the exercise I'm doing, don't think it should be too hard0 -
In the low 60's0
-
55-60 because I take beta blockers.
I'm concluding that some of the posters here are really hummingbirds.0 -
82 bmp. Blood pressure 120\700
-
Mine is 58-600
-
your blood presure should be 100 + your age mines usally about 71over 131 which is about right ( i test mine at work ) but i think anything between 50-80 deending on age and weight is fine if in your not sure ask your doctor0
-
VERY proud to say : 480
-
A lot of these seem low, but then again I have anxiety so maybe 120/86 isn't so abnormal.0
-
my RHR is about 85-95 (not great, over weight smoker, but getting fitter) and my BP is always normal, 120/800
-
Between 48-52. Mine pretty low and I'm always cold! Blood pressure is about 96/52. I think my heart beats just hard enough to keep me alive! My Drs nurse goes nuts checking it when I come in! LOL! :laugh:0

46 - 49. On the flip side I can still talk during the step classes I teach to 195 - 198, but any higher I lose my ability to speak and at 205 I hyperventilate.
