The guy we met with is a certified sports nutrition specialist as well as a certified personal trainer so we thought he knew what he was doing.

His mobility and strength have improved. He is fine with doing Weight Watchers because he said he won't feel like he is on a diet and can still have foods that he likes, just less of them.
