Thanks! I guess I'll just delete Runtastic since I never use it anyway. I just don't see how it could sync when I don't start it, tho. If I delete it and still get duplicate syncs, then I will be really confused!!!

Kashi has always tasted like twigs and bark to me. I can't make myself eat it, and when you throw in the calories from milk, even 2%, it's not worth it to me for convenience. I'd rather make a bowl of oatmeal with some fresh berries thrown in.

I just tried Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Frozen Yogurt Bars for the first time tonight, and I can tell you they will be stocked in my freezer from now on!!!!! They are delicious!!!! And only 60 cals a bar!

I'm proud of the fact that I worked out today even tho I reallllllllllllly didn't want to. Normally, I would've said I'd do it tomorrow, but tomorrow usually never comes. So like someone else above said, TODAY TODAY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it has a chest strap with it. I figured it has to be more accurate than what a general website is going to tell me since it measures MY heart rate and not just use a "standard" rate. Thanks for all the replies! I really appreciate it!! :happy:

To me personally it seems like defeating the purpose, but if someone can give me good, sound reasons to eat them back and prove I won't gain weight or stall out, I'd be more than happy to eat those calories!! :laugh:

I finished Week1 Day2 last night! I've tried it a couple of times before and usually get side-lined with shin splints, so I'm going to try it again! (With lots of icing down the shins this time!) I am not, nor have I ever been, a runner of any kind, so this will be a huge accomplishment for me in and of itself if I finish!…
