Hi and welcome! :) As many others have said, swimming is a great way to get in that exercise without having a painful impact to your knees or feet. Or invest in some good shoes and get in as much walking as you can/. As you continue to walk, it gets easier.

I've tried SparkPeople before and didn't like it. I prefer the format here. It's much simpler and less busy looking on the screen. Keep it simple, stupid...that's what folks say, right? :)

I love listening to Van Halen, STYX, Bon Jovi, Jason Aldean, Rascall Flatts, and anything fast and upbeat! Give me some moving music and I'll workout harder. Nothing slow or depressing because that hinders my workout.

I found that my ONLY pair of jeans now can slide off my hips while being completely zipped and buttoned.
