The before pics were not quite at my heaviest, but it gives a pretty good idea of where I was. After pics taken last night. Weigh a little less than 180 now. It was hard, but SOOO worth it.
First time I have fit into a size Large shirt in longer than I can remember.

I want to thank you all for your comments. I am indeed happier, though a large part of that is thanks to my girlfriend--whom I'd have never met had it not been for my decision to make this life change. It was difficult, but worth every bead of sweat. Good luck to you all.0
