I too would suggest any Beachbody program. I started with Power90 and received great results. Currently I'm doing P90X.

You eat a lot of calories with this program because you burn a lot. Give it time and you will lose the weight. At first you may add weight but that is just muscle. Most main stream resturaunts have a website with the nutritional value's listed on them. So whenever you go out, look up what your going to have before you get there. Also, plug it into your food diary before you go to make sure you won't go over your calories for the day. Thats my 2 cents.

Jennifer is right. It basically gets burnt off as fuel. Fat never ever turns into muscle.

I was kind of skeptical, but your right there are no quick fixes and after everyone making pretty good points, I don't think this would be good for my P90x program. Thanks for all the great responses. :drinker:

My wife was scammed on this. She bought it online then canceled and never received a product. They kept charging us 4 or 5 bucks every couple weeks. She finally was able to cancel the charges but we never received a refund. Don't buy this stuff online!!:devil:
