I've had a similar experience (especially with the last few pounds to loose) and I was doing what you are doing: not eating enough calories! Don't have such a big deficit OR eat at maintenance 3 days a week and 1500 4 days a week. This did the trick for me. And of course eat less sugar/blah blah. You know :) good luck and…

It was inches more the weight that I lost. I "only" lost 14lb - which was about a lb a week ish. Though I felt and saw the biiest change in phase 3 - which is HARD CORE. But good :) Also my bust loss is not due to JMBR - I stopped breast feeding half way through the program and lost 3 cup sizes! Boo! Lol!

I was breast feeding up until 3 months ago and eating more calories helped me loose weight. Sounds odd but it did. I ate back my bfIng calories and my exercising calories and just kept it at loosing 1lb a week. So my daily intake was about 1500 calories a day - minimun! Worked wonders - 25lb less later!
