made a special trip to the asian market and they had several different kinds. I got the yam flour and the tofu noodles. Tofu had more calories-(still low) but I liked them better. I used the OP suggestions for dry fry and they were excellent!!!!! Will be replacing spagetti pasta and using for lo mein

Aloe is an astringent that brings what causes swelling to the surface and draws it out. We use a leaf with the outer skin removed and place it near the swelling. Of course this is only a temporary help. You still need an antibiotic.

I use( natures own) flat sandwich rolls- whole grain. Each side is only 55 calories and when topped and baked is equal to about a slice of pizzia. Ive notice there are a lot of lower cal options for bread under natures own in my area. White wheat is only 60 calories a slice!

I went to fitness frog and my tdee is 2469 and my bmr is 1795. Isnt tdee based on the idea that you are going to consistantly exercise since you dont eat exercise calories back.?
