My husband lost 100lbs, not on purpose but because some medication he had to take made him extremely nauseated. At first he looked terrible but as time went by his body seemed to adjust. There are a few sags, not extreme by any means. But then again we are getting to the age where we might have sags anyway.

I agree. I have days when I am starving and have a hard time even staying 500-600 over my goal. Other days (mostly when I eat more healthy) I am careful all day and then realize I am kind of low but it is almost bedtime and I am not hungry. Buy frozen vegetables! They have already removed husks and unedible parts. No waste because you can just use what you need. Nice mixtures that would cost a fortune if you bought each one. They are frozen right after being picked. Stock up when you have extra money and then replace as you use.

Bye the way, something very similar happened to me a couple of months ago. Ended up eating a huge piece of cake at the hospital that wasnt even that enjoyable. I ate less calories the next two days and felt victorious for overcoming. You can too!!!!!

I eat bread and jam since I have low cal bread and I measure the jam and get a lot for a smaller amount of calories. Make a nice cup of tea for yourself to go with it and give yourself the food hug you need.
