    Sweet, only one "non-healthy" thing!!!

Jiff - Creamy Peanut Butter (omg, I love pnb!)
Splenda - Individual Packet (I eat it with strawberries sometimes, grapefruit, AND coffee, lol)
    Bananas - Raw
    Celery - Raw
    Van Routte - Vanilla Coffee
    Hardee's - Butter Biscuit (busted!)
    Cucumber - With peel, raw
Generic - Grapes Seedless (Red or Green)
Monterey - Baby Bella Mushrooms ( Whole)
Egg White - Hard Boiled (yummmmmmmmmmm)

Yes, plenty of healthy choices on that list...but...

...you're saying that you consider only one of the following unhealthy?

    Jiff
    Splenda
Van Routte vanilla coffee (I'll admit, I don't know exactly what this is)
    Hardee's butter biscuit?

(I'm especially questioning the Jif...and I'm not convinced that Splenda is a good thing either.)

seriously? We're gonna criticize?... Ok... :grumble:

Ummm, Jif isn't AWFUL. Yes, I could get natural peanut butter, or almond butter, but you know what? Work stocks Jif, so that's what I eat.

Splenda is kind of a "to each their own" kind of thing, isn't it? We'll find people for and against it, so let's just let that go...

Van Routte is a brand of coffee, it's got 2 cals - just vanilla flavored.

And yeah, whatever, I like biscuits. I've still lost 38 lbs, and I'm eating them less and less. That was the unhealthy item I was referring to. :ohwell:

Besides, I don't know that I'd consider 614 cals of butter and 480 cals of fried pork skins on Sunday "healthy" either. :flowerforyou:

Now, did you really have to turn the thread into THIS?...

    .

There will come a time and place where it will be common knowledge that grass fed butter, and yes, even fried pork rinds, are nutritionally preferable to Jif peanut butter (or any peanuts/peanut butter)...

...but clearly that time is not now, and even when it does happen, I am certain that MFP will not be the place.

My apologies. Everyone please return to your conventional wisdom way of life...and best of luck.

ETA: I mean this sincerely: congratulations on your success so far. I certainly didn't mean to (and ultimately didn't) derail the thread. I was sincerely curious about your conclusions of what was "unhealthy/healthy" on the list.

And now we return you to your regularly scheduled MFP.

I must be thick but I don't seem to have a feature to see "All Foods" - when I go to add food to a meal, it only shows me the most used ones for that meal e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.
