Hi, fantastic loss. How long did it take? and how many cals were you on per day. Ive just started out and I'm on 1270, not lost any weight but have lost 1/2 to 1 inch on major areas. Just wondering how to lose 60lbs and roughly how long it will take.

    Sweet, only one "non-healthy" thing!!!

Jiff - Creamy Peanut Butter (omg, I love pnb!)
Splenda - Individual Packet (I eat it with strawberries sometimes, grapefruit, AND coffee, lol)
    Bananas - Raw
    Celery - Raw
    Van Routte - Vanilla Coffee

    Cucumber - With peel, raw
Generic - Grapes Seedless (Red or Green)
Monterey - Baby Bella Mushrooms ( Whole)

Yes, plenty of healthy choices on that list...but...

...you're saying that you consider only one of the following unhealthy?

    Jiff
    Splenda
Van Routte vanilla coffee (I'll admit, I don't know exactly what this is)
    Hardee's butter biscuit?

(I'm especially questioning the Jif...and I'm not convinced that Splenda is a good thing either.)

Pretty boring... although if I logged wine as a generic and not specific it might rank up there!

This is why I have pino grigio and pino noir on my top ten. I started logging all reds as noir and all whites as grigio a long time ago because I got tired of looking them up. :drinker:

Yeah I don't log black coffee, just the stuff I add to it. It would be my number one with a bullet.

seriously? We're gonna criticize?... Ok... :grumble:

Ummm, Jif isn't AWFUL. Yes, I could get natural peanut butter, or almond butter, but you know what? Work stocks Jif, so that's what I eat.

Splenda is kind of a "to each their own" kind of thing, isn't it? We'll find people for and against it, so let's just let that go...

Van Routte is a brand of coffee, it's got 2 cals - just vanilla flavored.

And yeah, whatever, I like biscuits. I've still lost 38 lbs, and I'm eating them less and less. That was the unhealthy item I was referring to. :ohwell:

Besides, I don't know that I'd consider 614 cals of butter and 480 cals of fried pork skins on Sunday "healthy" either. :flowerforyou:

Now, did you really have to turn the thread into THIS?...

What's wrong with Jif? Peanut Butter is awesome. The 1.5 - 2 g's of sat. fat?
