I log it because I am two tired after doing hours of housework to do any other kind of workout. Plus I have a sedentary job and thats how I determined by BMR on MFP, so I need to log most things that take more than a few minutes.

I do not like to exercise and dont feel like I have the time. I have been doing short bursts on my break and lunch time at work. Taking the stairs and walking quickly around in the air conditioning. I only do 5-10 minutes at a time and not every time, but it really adds up by the end of the day!

i use light miricle whip in place of mayo in tuna salad, egg salad and colelaw. Its only 20 cal per tablespoon.

I agree! I find daily weighing motivating. If its up i am more determined. If its down i feel rewarded.

I only work out so i can get extra calories to eat!!!!!!

I tried spark and not only is mfp easier to use but the meals and products i eat are already in the database. That has really motivated me to track my food.
