thanks for the responses! i live in a very rural area - closest yoga studios are at least 25-50 miles away ~ the big craze locally right now is zumba and i am soooo not ready for THAT - oh, and money is tiiiiiggghhtttt!! haha. i will check out yoga journal!! thank you so much!! :)

i am 5'4" - 5'5" (depends who you ask) and started out at nearly 300 pounds. my goal weight at this point is 180. i know that that is still way over the 'recommended' healthy weight, but the last time i weighed that much i felt great and looked fit. so, for me right now, 42 pounds down, i'm sticking with that - FOR NOW!…

turkey dogs, mac salad, sliced cuke with fat free Italian dressing and muenster cheese - less than 500 calories and so "summery" :)

oh boy! do i relate to this!! i tend to work better under pressure (or at least i have myself convinced that i work well under pressure - lol) and this seems to happen to me all the time! :/ somehow it works out. i'm not even sure HOW sometimes. :)
