Sorry I didnt get a chance to post yesterday. I weighed in this morning and my weight was 196.2. I cant really remember what last weeks weight was but I am pretty sure it was 199. If so that puts my weight loss for the week at 2.8 & I def cant complain about that. I am trying not to focus on the numbers on the scale and…

Well I was at 200 last week & this week I just weighed myself & I am at 199 so I lost a pound. Very good considering my week. Water-3/7 Cardio-2/7 Those results will show you why I am happy with 1 pound lost :) & I am below 200!!!! WHOOHOO!

So my starting weight was 202 & this week I weighed in at 200 so 2 pounds lost..I dont think it is that bad considering I did not do to good this week at all..oh well this is a new week & hoping for a way better loss this week! Good luck to all! & I love the water & cardio challenge!

Thanks for all your input. I understand what they are doing now but I still think I am not going to eat my burned calories. I just dont think I could go to the gym and burn 1,000 and then come home and eat the 1,000 back. It is to much hard work to work off those calories. Hopefully I can find what is going to work for me…

If you have comcast it is on demand under fitness and excercise and then jillian michaels there is 30 day shred part 1 and part 2. It says if you do this workout for 30 days you can loose up to 20 pounds. It is a pretty good workout you should try it out!
