I do. I'm not sure of the brand name because I have a generic but it's side effect is MAJOR weight gain. So I have to be super strict with how I eat and exercise just to maintain much less take any weight off. But the meds really help my moods and I am slowly progressing in weight loss :) How about you?

I'm a carboholic and sugar addict but had no choice but to change because it was causing me more health problems then I ever would have guessed... Do you get frequent headaches or dizziness?

Oh yeah I've had bad days...but on days like that, just log your food like you normally would and put in your notes why you screwed up. Move forward with each day like new. Don't let it get you down.

I use either slimfast powder or slimquick powder. The slimquick doesn't dissolve in the milk as well as the slim fast. But i don't drink it for weight loss really. I have no appetite in the morning.
