Great job! When you see yourself in the mirror every day it's hard to see how far you've come. Side by side pics are great for that! Congratulations on a good job done so far!

I did 45 mins of cardio (20 on treadmill random hills and 25 on bike random level 7) and then just stretched for 25 mins. Came home and shoveled snow for another 45, though! I guess you can work with mother nature to get your exercise in, right?

Hi! I'm Becky. I turned 40 this last March...and I have def. noticed that it's harder to lose weight the last couple of years! I was on MFP a while back but then got overall frustrated. So I'm back now...gonna do this this time! Add me as a friend if you'd like! Would love the extra motivation!

I think it was eating light just had something along the lines of "3 things to do with leftover sweet potatoes". I will see if I can find it.

I got one and I love it. I think when you go to the site to see how active you have been, it helps to make you want to do more! It seems like it's pretty accurate, too. It doesn't have to be charged daily which is nice and like it was said, one of the biggest advantages is it syncs to MFP automatically.

I think you look absolutely amazing! It really is a personal decision...if the extra skin bothered you, then why not get it done? Your obviously so happy with the results, and you look great! You worked hard for it!

If you think you work alot now....wait til you get a job bartending on a ship! I worked as a PT on board before I was married. The servers/bartenders work all the time...they have to work while in port and I think literally average about a 16-18 hour day.

I think quinoa is great for a side dish...it is straight protein but it feels like a grain or carb.

Maple chicken breast with butternut squash and cherry sauce (sauce was supposed to be cranberry, but didn't have fresh cranberries at the store...so got cherries. Still pretty good! Under 300 calories!
